We opened in March 2022, which makes this month six. We started with a merchandise giveaway, a live broadcast on Facebook, and guests from the local cosplay community — and we have been at Fayetteville Comic Con twice a year since.
Three to start with
Curry rice. A smooth, savoury, gravy-like sauce over rice, with your choice of protein. It is the most forgiving thing on the menu and the one we hand to people who are not sure yet.
Ichi-Kaku ramen. Chef Yohei's own blend, built on ingredients from Japanese vendors rather than substitutes.
Teppan. Fried rice with vegetables and a protein, off the grill. This is the one children who are new to eating out will actually finish.
